Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the garments are in resaleable condition.

  Ship the Package

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
